Fran is a fibre and felting artist based in Arnhem, the Netherlands. Working primarily with raw and natural wool, her practice centers on softness, stillness, and the sensory experience of form. Each piece is a quiet exploration of the inner world, often emerging from a place of deep listening and emotional presence. Her works are created slowly, by hand, with attention to breath, texture, and the subtle movements of the body.

Through sculpture and textile-based forms, Fran creates spaces of gentle holding—art that supports reflection, rest, and emotional connection. Her pieces are not made to be explained, but to be felt. They serve as quiet companions on the journey inward.
